The Fund
Sokol Capital Investment Fund focuses on buy-out and management of underperforming or distressed assets, as well as litigation funding and international asset tracing. We create value by influx of capital, restructuring liabilities and restoring business of our clients.

Our Role: Buy-out of distressed debt, tracing and reclamation of misappropriated assets, management of sale.
Outcome: Cleared liabilities; sold plant above acquisition cost.
Gold-Mining Group (CIS)
Our Role: Liability restructuring and subscription for new equity.
Outcome: Secured production restart and strategic sale option.
Private Medical Centre (EU/RU)
Our Role: Purchase of debt, offshore assets seizure, hand-over to sector buyer.
Outcome: Losses recovered; centre transferred to strategic investor.
